黃展鳴

一位改写了新加坡漫画历史的漫画家

 

黄展鳴是新加坡第一位迈向国际市场的漫畫家。

他制作的漫画集超过230本,获得授权出版并且翻译成欧亚等十一种文字/语言。销售量达到数百万本的新加玻漫画家，他目前的漫画（实体与数码版）已销售到 40多个国家与区域。

他众多的作品，包括改篇的《衛斯理傳奇》，《神雕俠侶》和他创制的《天界無限》五个系列和最新的《Neo Era》等等。

曾经在韓國首爾举行的“亚洲漫画家高峰會議”*，獲頒“漫畫特別獎”。（*现已改为 “世界漫画家高峰會議”）

 

在新加坡举办的书展中，荣获了由ACAS颁发的“卓越创意奖”，以表扬黄展鳴在新加坡漫画业所做出的杰出贡献。

• 2001年,成立了TCZ制作社

• 2007年,成立了新加坡漫畫协会

• 2015年,成功创办了长达一个月的 “第一届新加坡原创漫画节”

• 2017年,受邀为 “世界漫画家高峰會議” 的新加坡代表

• 2019年，创办了第一届的“新加坡国际原创漫画大赛”
  
  

Wee Tian Beng 

The artist who rewrites the history of Singapore Comics 

Wee Tian Beng is the first Singapore comic artist to break into the International Comics Market. Recently, his comics had been translated into 11 different languages from Asia & Europe. To date, he has created more than 230 volumes of comic works and also the only local comic artist which reached 6 millions copies of sales.His comics have reached 40 countries on 6 continents in the world.

 

He has created comics’ series of “The Adventures of Wisely”, “The Return of Condor Heroes”, “The Celestial Zone” (total of 5 series) and “ Neo Era” etc. He also received the Asian Manga Prestigious Award at the Asian Manga Summit held in Seoul, South Korea.(* now known as World Manga Summit). ACAS also awarded him ”Award of Creative Excellence”,  a prize that  recognoscing his effort for the “Outstanding Contribution to the Singapore Comic Industry. 

 

• 2001  established TCZ Studio Pte Ltd (The Creative Zone Studio)

• 2007, founded the Comics Society ( Singapore )

• 2015, the organiser of the one month long event “Singapore Original Comics Festival" 

 

• 2017 was invited to the International Comic Artists Conference (ICC) as the representative of Singapore

 

• 2019 organiser of the "Singapore International Original Comics Competition"
