Participation Fees / 报名费

  • Local / Overseas Participant: SGD25 per submission.
    国内与海外参加者:  新币 $25.00 (    每一份作品)
    * Submission Deadline: 31 March 2026 (Tue), 6pm
       截止日期： 2026年 3月31日 (星期二），傍晚 6 点

Children Category / 儿童组
 ( 8 - 12 years old / 岁)  (Born in 2014 - 2018)

Youth  Category  / 青少年组
( 13 - 19 years old/ 岁 )  (Born in 2007 - 2013)

Judging Criteria /评分标准:

1.Creativity and Concept/ 创意概念: 30 points/分

2.Illustration Techniques / 绘画技巧: 30 points/分

3.Aesthetic Expression / 表达手法: 20 points/分

4.Overall Presentation/ 整体呈现: 20 points/分
